         Floor Frame: Heavy duty  main runners fitted with 75mm x 50mm RHS cross bearers fitted at 400mm apart.

  1. •Floor sheeting : 3mm to 5mm Checker plate or timber.

  2. •Rear Frame: 50mm x 50mm RHS Fitted with under run bar & step or bump rubbers.

  3. •Frame Work: 30mm x 30mm RHS tube fitted with 4 tie rails, 150mm high bottom kick panel.

  4. •Roof Frame: Fully aluminium structured roof with Aluminium roof bows and a bonded prestressed 1 piece aluminium roof skin, keeping

          body weight to a minimum, giving you more payload.

  1. •Rear Doors: Double rear FRP panel doors fitted with seals, 4 hinges and 1 heavy duty camlock per door fitted with door catches & smash panels.

  2. •Sheeting: Sign white colour bond over – off white plywood fix to frame work.

  3. •Mudguards: All compulsory mud guards, reflectors & marker plates.

  4. •Lighting: Hella Led front clearance, & side clearance lamps and 2 red rear clearance lamps.

  1. •Painting: All paint work on back frame are painted in high quality primer and two pack white gloss over steel work to eliminate rust around

         doorways & under body will be painted in black.
