Austruck curtainsiders are manufactured in all types and sizes to suit your needs. We manufacture curtainsiders for many different industries including plant nurseries, courier companies and dry goods transport companies. Our unique one hand roller bearing curtain system is equipped with stainless steel buckles and plastic coated hooks. Mezzanine floors are fully removable and adjustable. Austruck Curtainsiders are custom built to all your requirements.

• Curtains: Easy slide curtain system 980 gram polymer, with double roller system with quick release stainless steel buckles at 600mm apart;
• All straps are fitted with plastic coated hooks. 1 sliding removable centre post fitted to each side.
• Gates: Light weight lift-out gates 1500mm high.
•  Mudguards: All compulsory mud guards, reflectors & marker plates.
• Lighting: Halogen work lamps, Hella LED clearance lamps fitted, top – front, rear, side, and blinker.

Trailers

Austruck is fast becoming a one stop work shop, with Truck and Trailer Combo’s custom built to suit all your requirements.

Our range includes Pig trailers, Dog trailers, Super Dogs, Flat deck trailers, Curtainsiders, Twist Lock Dogs, Skel Trailers, Mezzanine Decks and a host of other configurations of trailers for your business. Health and safety is a big part of our business and our range of safety equipment includes, safety steps and hand rails, non slip treads, standard gates, and curtain gate retainer systems. The auto release curtain buckle system and tail gate loaders all conform to Australian OH&S standards.

Car Carriers

We offer both 3 car carriers and beaver tail tray bodies for all your automotive cargo needs.

Beaver Tail Trailer

• Rear: To suit small fifth wheel or Bartlett Ball with air brakes to rear.

• Steps: Safety side steps with non slip foot hold at each corner where possible.
• Head board: Shaped frame head board set 50mm above cab
• Tie downs: TNT type floor quicklash system.

Colorbond Vans

• Floor Frame: Heavy duty main runners fitted with 75mm x 50mm RHS cross bearers fitted at 400mm apart.
• Floor sheeting : 3mm to 5mm Checker plate or timber.
• Rear Frame: 50mm x 50mm RHS Fitted with under run bar & step or bump rubbers.
• Frame Work: 30mm x 30mm RHS tube fitted with 4 tie rails, 150mm high bottom kick panel.
• Roof Frame: Fully aluminium structured roof with Aluminium roof bows and a bonded prestressed 1 piece aluminium roof skin, keeping
  body weight to a minimum, giving you more payload.
• Rear Doors: Double rear FRP panel doors fitted with seals, 4 hinges and 1 heavy duty camlock per door fitted with door catches & smash panels.
• Sheeting: Sign white colour bond over – off white plywood fix to frame work.

• Rear Doors: Double rear panel doors fitted with seals, 4 hinges and 1 heavy duty large camlock per door fitted with turn signs and door catches.
• Roof section: Aluminum roof bows fitted with pre-stressed 1 piece aluminum roof skin, Aluminum extrusions polished, external bottom, top and front rails fitted off with heavy duty polished aluminum cast corner caps.

Dog Trailers can be manufactured to suit your existing truck configuration including matching imaging. Our truck and trailer combos are custom built to your requirements. We also manufacture Pig trailers in any axle configurations, Super dogs, Flat deck, Twist lock dogs, Skel trailers, Mezzanine decks and many other configurations.
